In the spring of 2005 I, Jeff Williams, was having my daily quiet time when suddenly everything changed. The immediate surroundings disappeared and the totality of my awareness was a vision. What was visible was a map of the State of Indiana floating in midair. It was stationary and a moment later, there was a spontaneous flame as if someone was holding a match under the map. The location of this flame was North of the 465 beltway someplace in the vicinity of Carmel or Westfield. The flame burnt out a section of the map about the size of a quarter and there was what seemed to be a gentle breeze from the North. This breeze was only recognizable by the leaning of the flames and the direction of the burn. In a minute or two, the burned section of the map included all of Indianapolis. At this point, the breeze seemed to cease and the flames continued to burn until the entire center of the state had been burnt out of the map.
As the fire continued the ash fell away into a black hole. At the end of this vision, there was a small section of the map to the North and a slightly larger section to the South remaining and then the vision was over. All I remember is that when it was completed I was terrified.
Two weeks later I became comfortable enough to share the vision with my wife. After some lengthy discussions, Kathy suggested that it would be appropriate to share this vision with a few friends. From the minute that the vision was over it was clear that this was a vision of revival of the body of Christ. As we shared this vision with serious Christ followers, there was a growing sense from others that we were being called to form a 501c3 non-profit organization. Several from this original group worked together to form this corporation. Shortly after we began this process the Lord provided several thousand dollars from a completely unexpected source to fund the initial legal and administrative costs associated with the formation of such an entity. About a year or so later one of our board members was very adamant that we should develop a website. One primary reason to update our website is to offer a free download of our eBook “Biblical Humility Works.” This book was written in response to the instruction of the Lord. See more information regarding the back story of “Biblical Humility Works” on our free download page.
Our mission is to assist individual believers and the Church to prepare for revival. While we can not bring revival we can prepare ourselves for the work of God and His Spirit.
In order to pursue this mission we encourage:
The development of Biblical Humility
The practice of kingdom praying
The priority of intimacy with God
Confession of Sin and Repentance
It is our sense, as God’s people, we must humble ourselves and pray and seek God’s face and turn from our wicked ways if we are to expect God to hear from heaven, forgive our sins and heal our land.
In a general sense the church in the USA is splintered by various issues and distinctions such that as a whole we do not present to the world a picture of unity. We believe that the Lord desires His church to unite in prayer for our land. We believe as we humbly unite in prayer that the Lord will bring a strong work of His Spirit that will result in repentance for His children and repentance and salvation for those who do not yet know Him.
We believe that there is One Triune God – Father, Jesus Christ His one and only Son, and the Holy Spirit – Creator of the universe and eternally existent. We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ.
We believe the salvation of man is wholly the work of God’s free grace and is not the work, in whole or in part, of human works or goodness or religious ceremony. God imputes His righteousness to those who put their faith in Jesus Christ alone for their salvation, and thereby justifies them in His sight.
We believe the Holy Scriptures (Old/New Testament) to be the inspired and authoritative Word of God.
We believe each person is created in His image for the purpose of communing with and worshiping God. We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit who enables us to live a Godly life. We believe that each individual is called to love the Lord their God with all their heart, mind, soul and strength; and to love their neighbors as themselves.
We believe that the primary purpose of man is to glorify God. We believe that God has called us to be in personal relationship with Him.
We believe that God desires us to pray. We believe that God will always answer the prayers of His saints offered in faith according to His purposes.
We believe that God will bring revival where His people who are called by His name will continually humble themselves and pray and seek His face and turn from their wicked ways.
